Good news | Shanghai Zihua Technology has been approved as a Shanghai Patent Pilot Enterprise for 2023

Recently, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Office announced the list of Shanghai Patent Pilot Demonstration Units in 2023, with a total of 200 outstanding units and enterprises selected. Shanghai Zihua Thin Film Technology Co., Ltd. was approved as a Shanghai Patent Pilot Enterprise in 2023 with its advanced patent operation capabilities and core technology innovation capabilities.

In order to thoroughly implement the strategic deployment of Shanghai's intellectual property strong city construction and implement the "Shanghai Intellectual Property Protection and Utilization "14th Five-Year Plan", we actively and independently applied for the 2023 Shanghai Patent Pilot Enterprise. In the early period of nearly a year, we introduced the intellectual property management system and obtained certification in March this year; standardized the patent application process, patent fee management and patent rewards; and strengthened intellectual property publicity and training.

Patent pilot enterprises are qualifications based on the comprehensive capabilities of enterprises' intellectual property creation quality, protection effect, utilization efficiency, management level, etc. After strict material review, expert review and other procedures, we were successfully selected. This approval is not only an affirmation of our patent work and patent system, but will also further promote our patent system to play a driving role in cutting-edge technological innovation and core competitiveness.

Zihua has just won this honor, and there is still a long way to go in the future. In terms of patent application, we will adopt strategies such as improving the intellectual property management system, establishing platforms and databases, and promoting intellectual property transformation; in terms of patent protection, we will implement response plans such as establishing an intellectual property dispute response mechanism, conducting risk investigation and early warning analysis, carrying out patent insurance, and patent rights protection to ensure the realization of the mid-term and long-term development goals of patent operations, strive to promote the company's technological innovation, improve the overall level of patent work, and take solid steps to become an industry leader.
